Step 1: When you create a new connection, for example as shown here in Connect To hadoop article, you will get to Preview Screen.
Step 2: On preview screen, select the column in which you want to change the letter case and click on down arrow.
Step 3: Click on the Case transformation from drop down list of "String Operations" section. Click on the one you want from the list : Camelcase, Lowercase, Uppercase and their conditional transformation.
Step 4: You have option to change the case in two ways -

To whole Column : when you click on option of into lowercase/uppercase/Camel Case, it will directly apply the operation on whole column which is selected.
- With Condition : it will open a pop up where you can add your condition required and click on save changes to apply the operation on whole column which is selected.
