Step 1: When you create a new connection, for example as shown here Connect To hadoop , you will get to Preview Screen.

 

Step 2: On preview screen,on top right corner you will see a button of "export".

 

Step 3: When you click on export a popup opens, which gives you different options of the systems in tabs where you can export your data such as Hadoop, JDBC, Amazon S3.





Step 4: Fill out the below details :

 

Hadoop - 

  • Bucket Name - the S3 bucket name
  • AWS Access Key Id - The key to the amazon s3 storage
  • AWS Access key Secret - The secret key to access the s3 storage.
  • File name - name of the file to be exported

 


Step 5: Once done, you can click on export. Data will be exported as the background process and you will get a notification once it is successfully done.
